Sapphire Waters Motor Inn at Merimbula offers 29 luxuriously appointed rooms,including 14  private balcony suites with views of the Merimbula lakes and overlooking our salt chlorinated swimming pool.

There are a variety of different types of suites at Sapphire Waters Motor Inn, including 2 two person executive spa suites, 14 private balcony suites with either a kitchenette or bath style spa, and 7 family poolside suites with full cooking facilities.  In addition there are 5 family executive 2 bedroom suites with limited cooking kitchenettes, a/c, austar and free movie package. 

All rooms have austar tv connected, dvd players are available for hire from reception, and a poolside bbq and guest laundry are available for guests convenience.  Most suites have reverse cycle airconditioning and all units are serviced daily with all linen supplied.

Sapphire Waters Motor Inn is only a 2 minute walk to all shops, clubs and restaurants in Merimbula  Sapphire Waters is also a short 2 minute drive to all swimming and surf beaches, and tennis courts are only 150 metres across the road.
