Out of the Ordinary Country Town

Countrywide Cottages is situated on a 26 acre rural property and nestled in the bush backing onto the beautiful Otway Forest Park just 25 minutes inland from Lorne and only one and a half hours drive from the Westgate Bridge in Melbourne. We feature four fabulous pet friendly, 4 star cottages in this delightful bushland setting.

Proud of our consistent 5.0 rating from our guests posted on Trip Advisor as well as our 5 Paw rating for Best Pet Friendly Accommodation since 2008!

All linen, doonas, pillows and extra blankets are supplied as well as luscious home made soap. All cottages have open planned living/lounge, dining and kitchen areas and are heated with cosy wood heaters, as well as split system heating/cooling for a more instant result. The Igloo is purpose built for wheelchair access.

Outdoors you will find a private wood BBQ, picnic table and camp fire in front of your cottage (seasonal fire restrictions apply). A picnic set is provided for outdoor use.

The cottages each have secure fencing around the front of the cottage allowing a huge area for safe romping by children and pets alike, while still allowing access to the veranda and cottage via the entrance steps.
In addition to this, the property offers a communal recreation area with a gas BBQ, pool table and other games with ample room to kick a footy.

Off Peak Mid Week Special from $580 for two people staying four nights Mon –Thu. Extra people charged at $35 per person per night

Please note tariffs are indicative only and will be confirmed back to you before booking is finalised.
Please refer to the Victorian public and school holidays for the peak season dates.
